本来是做生物方面的，I140 交到 Texas 了 pending 中，
现在申请商学院，拿到I-20后，
还能从H1->F1么？
填 I-539,被问 Have you filed immigrant petition?
回答，YES. 会不会被Rejected.

个人希望在 140 有结果后立即 file I-539.
