We just received the GCs in mail. Want to share our experience with all the brothers and sisters here.
VSC center:
5/2004: RIR applied
12/2004: Used labor substitute and filed I140/I485 (4/2003 priority date, EB2)
4/2005: I-140 approved
4/2005: First FP
1/2007: Second FP
1/2007: Filed WOM (but the file hasn't even reached the court yet)
1/31/2007: E-notice of I-485 approval
2/2/2007: E-notice for Card mailed
2/2/2007: Received I797
2/6/2007: Received GCs.
We wasted money on the WOM. It seems that USCIS is trying to get rid of long-delayed cases. Our friends with similar situation also got approved 1 day ahead of us. So, if you are considering to file WOM, think again before you do it.
