What document should I use to prove my current immigration statu H1B12007-02-07 02:56:22

My I140 has been approved but I485 is still pending for nambe check. my H1B status will expire this month. Recently I sent out my H1B renewal and EAD application. What document should I inlucde in my advance parole application package to prove my current immigration status? A receipt of EAD application or H1B renewal is enough? Thank you vecy much.
