I am working in university and doing research, is there a prevailing wage for my H1B visa?
my EB1b(OR)-140 approved and 485 has been pending for 2 years because of NC,when I filed my case, my annual salary is only 35.6K and now is $40K, I wondered the reason for pending such a long time maybe my salary is too low for an OR case but not NC, how do you think?Thanks a lot
