I have prepared two patents and ted to my group leader in China before left for USA. I created the idea of the patent text and I did the specific work, the group leader is just give financial support. However, the group leader moved to his name to the first author and move back my name to 2nd author without telling me before he ted to Chinese Patent agency. The patent was approved and I found them from Internet.

I have the original copies of the patents, but group leader may modified sth.

I am going to use them to apply 140

My question: is there a way to exaplin USCIS officer that I am the Originality of the inventions, not the first author?
