[does this fit into 'national award'? where to translate the certificate?] 6. fellowship from the U.S. school. Is this qualified as national award? 7. there is one paper cited my 2 publications. Assistance was acknowledged in my advisor publications. Does this fit into 'published material about the person in the field'? 8. Overall, am I qualified?
