This is very serious problem I’d like to get help on. My RIR is still in backlog center and the job title is Sr. position and requirement is bachelor degree + 5 years experience. The prevailing wage is meet level II (in 2004, only 2 level of wage). I am continuing ask whether I can fit in EB2 or EB3 category from attorney and HR, and they just do not want to answer me directly.
Now the HR told me following sentence, it is very important to me to understand whether it is true or not. And whatever it is true or not, any one knew where is the USCIC/DOL statement ?
If that is true does that means it is for new hirer whom need to file LCA or all new hirer or all current employee? Honestly I believe that HR person trying to play game on me.
