Hi,

I'm filing H1B 7th years extension now, on part2 of I-129, which one I should select? I'm in same company now.

Basis for Classification (Check one):
--a.New employment (including new employer filing H-1B extension).
--b. Continuation of previously approved employment without change with thesame employer.
--c. Change in previously apprdoved employment.
--d. New concurrent employment.
--e. Change of employer.
--f. Amended petition.

if you are still with the same employer.then no need fill p4-8
