I am still on my OPT and it will expire in June.
My H1B was approved and will be effextive on the day my OPT expires. (I used premium processing).
If I want to change my employer, do I need to wait for the 2004 quota?
Or my H1B approval already granted me the 2003 quota and I just have to file with the new employer?
