My hu*****and received a letter from NSC who noticed my hu*****and's I-485 has been delayed because his background check remains open. I has been admit to CSU, and they let me pay non-resident tution because I am not US citizen or Green card. CSU let me putting a deposit on May 1st because they want to make sure me wherther or not decision taking class on Fall semester this year. I do not want to pay international student tution. What should I do? Can I write a letter to a senator telling my situation?
