My PD 12/2003, RD 06/2006, EB2 NSC. I wrote letter to 1st, congressmen, and senator N times. On june 09, I received a letter from a congressman indicated below: "Service records indicated the application referenced above are undergoing preliminary screening prior to assignment to an officer. we are unable to predict when this processing will be completed and actual assignment will occur. If the applicants have not received decisions or other of action within 60days of the date of ths response, contact us again after that period of time has elapsed." what does it mean? thanks!
