看到很多人把I-94的copy和H1B的approal notice,甚至I-20都附上上了。
从I-131的instructions里，有这样一段：
C. Advance Parole Document.
1.If you are in the United States, you must attach:
a. A copy of any document issued to you by theUSCIS or former INS showing your presentstatus in the United States; and
b. An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of anadvance parole document; OR
c. If you are an applicant for adjustment of status, acopy of the USCIS or former INS receipt asevidence that you filed the adjustment application;
If you are traveling to Canada to apply for animmigrant visa, a copy of the U.S. consularappointment letter.
从这里（b中的OR)，可以清楚地看到对于pengding 485，485的收据就足够了。没必要附上I94,I20和H1的copies.
