XBT and all friends: Motion to reopen bbcool2007-02-12 23:57:06

Hi! all friends in this forum, my Eb1a 140/485 was rejected week ago. My H1b is only available for one more month, but was extended to half year based on 140 pending. I heard from XBT and other friends in this forum that I can either apply Motion To Reopen or Appeal, to make my H1b available. Recently I found pieces of evidences to demonstrate one of my award is international level, and reviewed one more paper this week for a good journal. Can I apply Motion of Reopen? if so:

1. What form I can use?
2: What's the filing fee?
3. Hiring a lawyer or filing by myself?
4: How long the process takes?

Any suggestion or sample material would be deeply appreciated.
