question on return receipt in WOM newlifeAt322007-02-13 05:12:53

I filed WOM about 2 months ago and now is almost the deadline for me to file the proof of service. but I only got two return receipts with signature out of 5 on my defendent list, and an empty one(they just returned the receipt without signature and date). My question is:

1. do I just file for the two I got?
2. Can I file the one with the empty receipt?
3. I read from previous post that one filed all with a print out of delivery confirmation printout from USPS website with no actual return receipt. will that work?
