请教小白兔, h1B两年，绿卡申请还在第一步：3月交perm申请。公司想派我去上海常驻，会以美国雇员身份派回去，保留h1身份，律师说绿卡申请可以继续，请问是这样吗？或者说是不是I-140批准了再说？要注意什么问题？
