I received emails from CIS this morning telling me my I-140 and 485 have been transferred to local office for processing? What does it mean? Here is the background:
1. I-140 Premium Processing in Mid June, got RFE in Mid July asking for Company tax return and ability to pay letter. Additional Documents submitted early Aug, was told that there will be decision withing 60 days.
2. 485 submitted on July 2 2007.
3. Finger Print last week.

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.
