My I-140 approved in March 2005, and I-485 has been stuck in name check since then. We just had our second fingerprints taken last week. After took fingerprints each time, LUD message for my wife and kids became “Review of the fingerprints taken relating to this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS has been completed. Processing of this case continues…”. But my LUD message never changed, always shown as “On February 25, 2005, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice...”. My question is: my fingerprints have problem? or fingerprint review is related to name check? The fingerprint review will be completed only after name check is clear? Thanks a lot for any input.
