My half-sister is applying f1 visa to US. Is it possible without filling out my info? I remember last year when i came back, i filled out my sister's info. And when my parents came here to visit me, they fill out my half-sister's info too.
But we have different last name. Anyone has experience with that? Do you know if the embassy will find out the record by matching parents name?
