本人现在H1-B 全职工作，老公140已经批准，我们的485pending. 我现在准备part-time工作同时申请part-time上学。请问这种情况应该用什么身份上学？需要申请EAD吗？ 还是有了485A number 就可以用永久公民身份上学了？谢谢。
