after I contacted local FBI office, they told me "FBI name checks are done at our Criminal Justice Information Services Division in Clark*****urg, West Virginia. Questions concerning the status of name checks can be directed to them at 304/625-5590. You may wish to call them at this number. When you call, press #3 to get a "real person" on the line. "

but today when I called this number,their customer representitive refused to tell the status of name check. So angry now, does anybody have this experience before?
