Really impressed by the I-130/I-485 questions and answers here.
I (citizen) am filing I-130 for my parent (visitor). They are in USA now. I plan to file both I-130 and I-485 concurrently. Here is my question:
1. which one should be checked for part 2: Application Type on I-485 ?
2. Shall I file I-130, I-485, I-864, I-693 and G-325A in the same package
for each of them? Or shall I file I-130 seperate from I-485 for each of them? Please help if other option.
3. Do I have to inlcude my parent's birth certificate notary for I-485? Is it required for them? They dont' have birth certificate. Is passport enough?
