问题1：dependant身份申请绿卡，I485现pengding.请问即使I485在离婚以后得到批准，理论上也是一个无效的绿卡？
问题2：Does this invalid Green Card make me not eligible to use a approved H1B?
Background of the questions: I am going to devorce. My I485 is pending. I ask my company to apply H1B visa and use this H1B after Oct. The lawyer of the company said the best way to do it is to postphone the devorce to the end of Sept. to avoid the situation of getting a approved I485 and a approved H1b. Otherwise, not only I get a invalid Green Card, but also this invalid Green Card will make me not eligible to use the H1b.
