(1) Name in Native Language一项，我输入中文名字后，无论是encoding Chinese Simplified 或 Unicode，save后在表中出现的都是“？”，请问怎样才能输入中文呢？
（2）Visa Application Type共8个选择，除了难民等肯定不是的外，好象只有两个可以选：
a. Immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved.
h. Other basis of eligibility
是不是该选a？如果选h，我是H1，该如何填？
（3）Visa #是13位数字的Control Number还是8位的红色数字？
（4）I-94 Information中Place of Arrival是填入关的城市还是最后到达的终点站？
I-765 Form:
（1）我已有H1，在I am applying for一栏中还是选Permission to accept employment吗？在紧接着的一栏Eligibility Categories: Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12中的30多个选择中，我应该选哪项呢？好象都不象，只有29 Adjustment Applicant有点象，是选这一项吗？
（2）Have you ever before applied for Employment Authorization from USCIS?
我申请过H1，应该答YES或NO呢？
I-131 Form:
（1）Refugee or Asylee Info
这一部分我是不是都空着不填？
（2）Application Type
a. I am a permanent resident or conditional resident of the U.S and am applying for a Reentry Permit
d. I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel
我是不是该选d？不过a中的conditional resident是什么意思？
