Recently I found that some 485s ted last July 24 got approved from last Oct. to now by TSC. Could somebody share your information about it? Is the processing date based on 485 accept date or 140 accept date? I mean whether the 485 process is not only based on 485 date, but also 140 date, right? My 485 did the same day, but until now no information at all. Or mine is stuck in name check pending as often discussed here? (140 got approved last May, EB-1A). The current processing date in TSC is Aug. 21, 2006.
