Hi Xiaobaitu,

My attorney filed my I-485 to CSC on May 1, 2006. But according to 'Bispecialization', it should be filed to NSC, since my I-140 was approved at NSC, although I'm living in California when filing I-485.

But last year, both of my AP & EAD were approved at CSC. My receipt date for I-485 is 'May 1, 2006' with a receipt number starting with 'WACxxxxxxxxxx'.

I checked my I-485 status last December, since it passed the processing date at CSC. I was replied that my I-485 is pending due to name check. Then there is no update since this inquiry.

But yesterday, I received an email notice that my I-485 was transferred from CSC to NSC on 3/2/2007. Why did they transfer my I-485 to NSC after they approved my AP & EAD at CSC almost 1 year later? Does it mean that my name check has completed and they want NSC to do the final decision on my I-485, according to 'Bispecialization'?

My biggest concern is: 'Can I keep my receipt date as 'May 1, 2006' after this transfer?' This date has passed the processing date at NSC, CSC or TSC. How can I get confirmation from CRIS about my receipt date?

Thanks a lot!
