March 1, 2007 - The Department of State (DOS) has advised that it anticipates increased demand for immigrant visas in the employment-based second (EB2) and third (EB3) categories over the next few months based on its own data as well as numbers provided by DOL (Department of Labor) and USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services). DOS also forecasts that:

It is unlikely there will be forward movement of priority date cutoffs in backlogged categories until at least April 2007. If the anticipated increased demand materializes, there could be further retrogression in priority date cutoffs. Alternatively, if the anticipated demand does not materialize, there could be forward movement in the spring and summer.

The "Worldwide" category for EB-1 and EB-2 are expected to stay current for the rest of the fiscal year (through September 30).

The EB-2 China and EB-2 India categories are not likely to move forward until May; however we may see some forward movement in the spring or summer.

The EB-3 China and EB-3 Mexico categories may become unavailable this summer (as early as May or June), and EB3 India may retrogress at that time.

如果上述排期信息正确的话,EB3 CHINA 4月不会动,5/6月变成没名额,
10月才会重新来过,或进或退.

如果下星期4月排期出来不动的话,俺就和老板说办EB2 PERM, CARRY OVER
我02年10月EB3的PRIORITY DATE. 实在是忍无可忍了,太客气自己就吃大亏,尤其在美,真是不能谦虚,血的教训.
