Can I apply EB1b if NIW was approved? xiaobaitu and other XDJM p phate20062007-03-11 00:38:59

I applied NIW 09/05 (both 140 and 485), 485 pending. My question is: can I apply for Eb1b (plus a new 485) since it is current? What if it is denied, any side effects on my NIW case? or I better get Eb1b approved as well? Thank you so much for your help!!!

You can apply EB1 if you're qualified,no effect for NIW
