If this is true, it will affect many people who are waiting for years to get where they are now. Although from what I read. this cut-off date 5/2005 is for family-based GC. Since xiaobaitu said it is also for EB GC as well, so would xiaobaitu please give some links to original article or more detailed information. Thanks.
