I was in H1B status while I married my US citizen hu*****and in May 2004. I got my conditional green card in May 2005 (will expire in the beginning of May 2007). We have a baby together (born: June 2006). We plan to file the I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditionals on Residence) jointly ourselves. I would like to get more advice on what's the next steps after I send in my supporting document. We have been living together in California since our marriage.

I have the following supporting documents, would anyone advice is it sufficient or what else I need to provide? I want to minimize the chance to get an interview and delay on getting the permanent green card.

- baby's birth certificate
- life insurance of my hu*****and, beneficiary is me -> insurance plan started Oct 2004
- join federal and state tax returns for 2004 & 2005
- current auto insurance together (same address) -> can't find the 2004-2005's, is it ok?
- wedding invitation card
- join bank account statement (if i just provide a bank statement for period Oct-Nov 2006, is it ok? Or do I need to send in a lot of bank statements for different years? We didn't really keep all the paper statements.)
- family photo xmas card for 2006 (with hu*****and, me, and baby's photo on it)
- copy of actual credit cards with the same number -> join credit card a/c
- copy of actual health insurance and dental insurance cards with the same plan number on the cards (2005 & 2006)
- 2 xmas cards sent to us from friends to our mailing address (2006)
- 1 letter from a friend saying that she knows us as a couple etc 亲友证词
- going to print out some of our (hu*****and & me) photo when we were in trips for 2003-2007 period

-> I saw people mention to provide 生活照. Does that means it's better to provide photo that we took at home? I don't usually take "together" photo at home and usually only take photo in trips or events. Also, is it ok for me to send in a CD or DVD with photo and video clips? I have all of my photos in digital form. Wondering do I need to print out so many photos or a CD/DVD will do.

-> what kind of format should our 录像 be in? Can I make a DVD with video clip (wedding, trips etc) in it? I am not sure does the imigration office watch DVD?

My hu*****and bought a house before we get marry so the house title only has his name. All the utility bills are under his name (we thought there's no reason to add my name to all the existing utility bills?).

Do you think the above documents are sufficent? In California, usually what's the process time and step after I sent in the i-751 form? I read some older posts saying CA is faster? My conditional GC expire on May 4, 2007 but we were planning to go to China for about 1 month in April-May. Do I need to mention anything in the i-751 form regarding our planed travel?

Like how long do people usually receive a receipt (that INS receive the I-751 form) and I may need to go to a local office to get an extend stamp on my passport so I can travel?

Sorry for the long post but I really appreciate your help and advice!!! Thanks a lot in advance!

因为你们有共同生育的子女,因此这个I-751申请将非常easy
