请教xiaobaitu和热心人about 485 transfer waiting2years2007-03-13 08:10:02

I filed I-140 and I-485 (based on NIW) in 09-2005 and my I-140 got approved in 06-2006, I-485 is penidng now.

Also my company help me file I-140 (based on Eb1b) in 07-2006 and got approved in 10-2006.

My question is:

Based on my situation, can I do the I-485 transfer and bond to my approved EB1b? or it is better to file new I-485 (based on Eb1b)?
