Hi,
I wonder if anyone has experience in sending a child from China under custody of his relatives in US and letting him attend middle school in the States.
The questions are:
How long can the child stay in the States legally?
and under what immigration status?
Can local middle school admit him?
Tuition waived ? actually it is not an issue for us.
