EB3 RIR PD 12/02, LC approved 3/04,I140/I485 concurrent file 3/04, I140 approved 06/05, FP multiple times,including code 1 and code 2. I485 still pending waiting for PD current. Due to impending EB3 retrogression, I want to know if I can speed up a little bit up through filing another EB2 application.
Can I switch to a new employer and file EB2 through perm? I heard PD can't be carried over if I file PERM. Is that correct? If new EB2 I140 approval, can I carry over my previous EB3 PD? Is it true that PD carry over has to be within the same employer? I am desperate right now and seem this GC can take forever and I've already sacrificed so much for that plastic cards. Is it really worth it? Any comments are highly appreciated. Thank you.
