想file EB-1a 的I-140和I-485 concurrently, 同时想e-file和加快I-140，是不是先在网上e-file I-140, 然后再将一下材料一起寄出?
1. e-file的confirmation;
2. I-140的supportting materilas;
3. Form I-485 and fee
4. Form I-907 (premium processing) and fee
