I did not thought this is so complcated. Two more Qs:
1. I, mother and GC, Chinese Citizen, can not be 孩子的监护人?
2. If he get Chinese Citizen, can he enter USA with his Chinese passport, and US birth certificate? Or can he get VISA in Beijing with his birth certificate ?
I just felt inconvenient to apply VISA every time I bring him to China. We have to either travel to Houston Chinese Consolate or pay $90(agency fee)+$50(app. fee) for it.
if he would go back to China once every 2 year, it is a lot of $ before he reach 16, isn't it?

1,授权委托你们在国内的父母（任何一方）作为孩子的监护人（要公证），凭出生证、公证书去报中国户口（也即加入中国籍）；
２，取消你们父母与孩子的监护关系，自然恢复你们与孩子的监护关系，保留中国国籍，由US citizen申请该孩子的亲属移民（绿卡）。
３，完成了：在USA出生的孩子 get CHINESE国籍 and 美国绿民。
４，但是，孩子满１６岁或以后的任何时候，根据自己的意愿有权选择自己向往的国籍，美国籍或保留中国籍。
