Mom is the primary GC applicant, parents and kids all got their GC already, suppose parents lived in China more than 6 mons/year, but kids stayed here in US forever, kids's GC will be collected back by CIS? and kid's US citizenship will be affected because of parents's long live in China?
In another word, Are GC hoder no longer dependent on the original priciple GC applicant after they got their own GC?
