我们都知道目前的security check毫无意义，能否让他们也知道呢？这个念头转了好久了，能不能写一篇短文之类的东西，尽量发给所有相关人士，以求引起注意。请大家各抒己见。
在下努力起草了一篇东西，请各位大侠伸手相助，帮忙修改完善，惭愧的是我的英文太滥了。意在抛砖引玉，其实就是砖头，我也在所不惜了。
另外最重要的是，完成以后，怎样让别人看到我们的意见，了解实际情况，更是个大问题。但我想如果每个人都做一些力所能及的事情，总是有好处的。

Dear Sir/Madam
This is to call your attention for the immigrants who are in trouble in applying green cards. A considerable percentage of alien workers were caught by the problem that their green card applications ware delayed because of pending security checks with FBI. Most of them are already proved qualified for Outstanding Researcher or Extraordinary Ability or National Interest or Labor Certificate, but they still have to wait for many and unknown years for the final approval.
For your consideration, we are listing the reasons we collected around that why the current security check procedures need to be modified.
** The prolonged security check does not help with the national security
- The alien being checked are already inside the United States and able to reenter this country with advance parole.
- The real thread, if any, will not be found and taken care of, during the endless security check process.
- The prolonged checking procedure costs FBI and other related agencies lots of manpower, money and resources, which could be used more effectively against real threats from outside.
- The alien workers are well known of law abiding people, according to the statistics.
** The prolonged security check harms the benefit of the United States
- Most of alien workers are holding advance educational degrees and working in the positions that short of native American workers.
- During the endless checking procedure, the employers have to pay much extra money, especially to their law firm, to maintain the status of their alien employees.
- The shortness of suitable employee is pushing companies to move business outside the United States, which cause more American citizens losing job as well.
- The alien workers, who worrying the procedure, have to spend much time and energy, which could be used to benefit their companies as well as this country.
** The prolonged security check damages the lives of alien workers
- The unstable statuses make alien workers worry all the time.
- The distress definitely affects the lives of their children; even they were born in the United States.
- The restrict regulations to alien workers during the waiting greatly limits theirs self improvement and development.
