I called USCIS today and one guy transfered it to a higher level. Later on one gental man told me that he will call Nebraska Center to check my case ( he is in LA). Then, several hours later he called me back and left one message. In the message he told me that he talked to the officer for EB1 cases at Nebraska Center and he was told that EB1 visa is not available from Department of State. As soon as it is available my family cases will be approved. What does that mean?
