My LC is in the BEC and I am using my 7th year H1B. My wife is H-4 status. She got KCC notice today indicated that she is the DV-2008 winner (Green Card Lottery). The instruction said, she could file adjustment of status as a draw winner.
Do you have any experience about the DV case? What should we do the next? Do I need to find a lawyer? All my cases were held by my company's lawyer. Thanks for your help!
