本人H1,现I485pending,LG是主申请人,我们都有EAD,如果现在换工作的话, 是要H1 transfer, 还是就用EAD去新的公司, 因我还想保留我的H1身份.
听有些人说, 即便我是H1, 只要申请了485, 就不再是H1了,
是这样吗? 很迷惑不解.
