I am F-1 student now and applying for green card based on marriage to a u.s. citizen. i am ting all the forms (I-130, I-485, I-765 etc.) together in one packages.
Here's my question:
on part 2 of form I-485 (application for register permanent resident or adjust status).
among a to h, which one should i check (i entered U.S. and am still in U.S. as a student)
i'd appreciate your answer greatly.
