About LC: what's the 45 day letter? when to receive it: coolgo8882007-04-02 23:19:11

I'm in regular EB2 and PD date is 10/2003, somehow just got letter from Dallas center to run the ad process. So my question is, if nobody applied for my position or my employer disqualified applicants, how long will the take the labor to be certified nowadays?
