请教各位高人:how to go back to H4 after using EAD PBEC_slow2007-04-03 14:36:55

I filed I140 and I485 concurrently. I am in H1 status and the primary applicant of Green Card. My wife is in H4 status right now and she is going to work by EAD. I have 3 questions, if my I140 is denied:
1) Should she stop work (using EAD) immediately?
2) Does she go back to H4 status automatically by stopping using EAD?
3) If not H4 after using EAD, can she apply H4 in United States?
