Part E of form ETA 9035E is about "Information relating to Work location for the H1B or H1B1 nonimmigrants". This part includes City name, Prevailing Wage. My questions are
1) Does the H1B holder have to work in the city of ETA 9035E's work location?
2) For example, a company has multiple offices. The H1B holder works in a city different from ETA 9035E's work location. Is a new H1B application required? Any other paper is required?
3) Another example, a H1B holder wants to work from home. His/her home is in a city different from ETA 9035E's work location. Is any paperwork required to explain the situation?
4) Third example, company X has sponsored H1B visa with its own work location (San Jose, CA) for an employee. Company X wants to send the H1B employee to work for company Y, which is in another city (New York). Is a new H1B application required?
