Working with EAD. Can I apply for a H-1B again in a College? taoyun2007-04-05 02:41:12

I was working in a biotech company using EAD now. I understand that once I used my EAD, H1-B was automatically expired (terminated). In case I will have to go back to college working as a postdoc, could I apply for H1-B again?

One of my friends is working in a biotech company. He used EAD last year, but now he is working with H1-B since his employer successfully applied H1-B for him.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
