My friend got a family emergency and really has to go back to Asia. The issue is she just sent the file of H-1B recently while she is OPT now and her company is Non-profit, so there is no limited quota. Basically she is waiting the process of H-1B right now. Is there anyway she can go and come back?She was suggested by someone that she can make it by not ting the I-94 form on the air plane when she is on the way back and holding the I-20 form to come back.Will it really work?Any better suggestion?Thanks a lot!
