I am holding H-1B, and it's expiring Jan., 2008. I am in Biotech feild. I am planning to go back China this summer. My questions are:
1. Is my major sensitive major? Will I get checked?
2. If I do, will the officer take all my documents away, and let me wait? Or will he retune me everything?
3. Is it a good idea for my hu*****and (H-4, been back to China few times)to go apply visa with me, or separately?
