part time for a small (two-people) company. I left that company in mid 2003 and my current company help me transfer my visa to H-1. My question is I did not receive anything (w-2, 1099 etc..) from my old company. (I don't even know if that company still exists) How do I file my tax for 2003?
Another question is Can I still put the experience with that small company in my form when I apply for my L/C??? My concern is I won't be able to get an statement from that two-people company.
Please give me some ideas. Thank you!
