My situation is I am applying adv premium H1(industry), but not have got approved yet. Recently I finally have got an postdoc. offer from famous boss in top universitiy. He agrees to support my H1B visa.
My questions are: My OPT will expire 9/30. AfterI have my industry H1b approved, then apply for cap-exempt H1B. Is this OK? Do I need withdraw my industry H1? Or it doen't matter my new cap-exempt H1B can just overwirte my industry H1B which might be approved? If this is OK, in the future if I want to apply for industry job , do I still have the cap problem?
