I got an NOF for my Labor cerfitication (RIR/EB3): Mininum Job Requriements -
The advertisement indicates taht experience in troubleshooting and in solving cumstomer problems is required for the job opportunity. According to documentation ted, the alien gained the required experience with the employer while working in the job to be certified.

I worked for my current client since I was an intern. I worked for them as their intern (temp employer of the client) for over a year/full time. Then they found my current employer, a consulting firm, to contact me, so I became a contractor and filed Labor certification through the consulting firm. I had troubleshooting and solving customer problems experience when during my internship, but it was not listed in my Resume or the application form ( I didn't know that I need to prepare them this carefully so that I won't be messed up later!).

I have a few options:
1. evidence that clearly shows that I at the time of hire had the qualifications now requried
2.delete the requirement.

Which approch is better? Does experience I gained in internship count? What evidence is sufficient if I go for option 1? Will re-advertising be requested if option 2 is used?

Thanks for any inputs.
