请教 IRA plan without GC opt_tax2004-03-08 18:35:22

I work on H1-B at a small company, which offer SIMPLE IRA. But the funds management company told me I cannot have IRA because I do not have green card. Is that true?
Any one can point me to some government regulations that say I can or I cannot?
